Can you believe it is the middle of July?  And it’s still not that warm.  What’s up with that?  I keep wondering when we are going to get the nice heat wave that we are known for.  Right now I am still waiting.  But I am not blogging to talk about the weather, although it is worth noting for this beautiful wedding.

Back in April I shot Harrison and Jennifer’s engagement pictures.  You can check them out again here!  I was so excited for their wedding.  You see these two are hilarious.  They keep me laughing and they totally laugh at my stupid jokes and listen to my stories about when I spent time in Walla Walla.  I love that cute town.  They would tell me stories and I loved getting to know them better.  And their wedding day didn’t disappoint, although it was a bit cold.  And it kept trying to rain off and on.  Hello, we don’t live in the west side!  But they didn’t care and they rocked it even if it was cold, rainy, and with the darkest skies ever.  They got married in Pioneer Park, in Walla Walla.  I love that park, and it has a special meaning for them.

Harrison and Jennifer opted to do a first glance.  I love it when couples do this, it gives them time to enjoy seeing each other for the first time and also to have some quiet moments together.  And it’s great because after the ceremony they are ready to mingle and party with the guests!

Jennifer was so excited to see Harrison.  And her emotions were right on the surface.

I love how thrilled they are just to be together on their wedding day.
We had to take a few pictures in the gazebo, they happened to have their first kiss in it.
I love this series.  Harrison and Jennifer have fabulous personalities and I think this totally captures it.
This image makes me happy.  They look so blissfully in love.

Harrison and Jennifer.  Dang, you two are hot!
It rained.  They were totally prepared.  Umbrellas that were adorable.  And Jennifer totally rocked the galoshes. There ceremony was beautiful and sweet.  It’s always a special moment when Dad gives his daughter away.

And a few details!

Harrison and Jennifer, congratulations on your new life together. And thank you for letting me capture your day. And thank you to Sonja Yearsley for second shooting with me!
