I love family sessions.  It is always fun to see the dynamic between siblings, parents, and children.  I love  watching them!  And the Strycker family didn’t disappoint.  I loved getting a glimpse into their lives.

Once upon a time a man and a woman fell in love.  They were married and had 5 beautiful children.

Those 5 children grew up, and they married their best friends. The married children had beautiful children, providing their parents with wonderful grandchildren. And look at the beautiful big family they have just because they fell in love.Thank you for allowing me to have a glimpse into your lives!

I met Ryan and Angela last fall.  You might remember them from their engagement session.  I was so excited to shoot their wedding.  I don’t think you could find a better match for two people.  They are so kind and caring for one another, and on their wedding day they were equally caring about everyone their.  They were wed June 4th at the Bella Fiori Gardens.  I had never shot their before and I loved it!  The venue is stunning, and I hope to shoot more weddings there.

Angela had a beautiful dress, and fabulous shoes.
The hanging baskets really added.  I loved all of the color!Ryan and Angela didn’t see each other until the ceremony.  I love how sweetly they look at each other.

I adore the colors they chose, and I love that the flowers match their colors.
We stole away for some pictures of just the two of them after the ceremony.  I could take a million pictures of them interacting.  They are so sweet. They rented a 1937 Pontiac Limo.  It was awesome.Angela, you are gorgeous.  And Ryan you are looking good.

I loved their decor, and watching them enjoy their first dance.  I love that I get to be there for all of these moments on a wedding day.  I love my job!We stole away for a few more shots as the sun was going down.Congratulations Ryan and Angela!  Thank you for allowing me into your life to capture your day.  And special thanks to Amanda Cherie for second shooting with me!

It is that time of year where summer is FINALLY in the air.  The kids are out of school, and my life has me running in many directions.  I am so excited for this summer and for the rest of 2011.

I move, a lot.  And one of the times I moved I happened to move close to a gorgeous girl named Bree, and she had a handsome husband.  The two of them together.. it should be illegal.  They are gorgeous.  I met them before they had children.  I knew when I met her that her kids were going to be some of the most beautiful children ever.  Years later, and a couple of moves later for me and a move for them I finally got to capture their family.  Lucky me.  And I was right about their children.  Beautiful.  And Jeff+Bree are some of the kindest people I have ever met.  I am always impressed by their kindness and grace.

We met on a sunny June evening and spent some time capturing their little family.  We had yummy light that made my heart so happy.  The winds were calm, and it was pleasantly warm.  I don’t think we could have asked for anything better.

I loved watching Jeff with his baby girl.  And she is so adorable and full of fire.  I adore her.Stop it you two.  No wonder they have beautiful babies.
Don’t you just want to squish his cheek?  I *heart* this boy.And a sweet moment between mother and daughter.  Thank you for spending an evening with me, and letting me capture a glimpse into your life.

I am so proud of myself, I am on the third blog post of the week.  And I am so excited to showcase this fabulous shoot.

Last week I had the chance to meet up with Parker and Jenny for a fabulous love session.  The great thing about Parker and Jenny is they are so in love, it’s obvious.  They are super funny, and so down to earth.  And I love that they are goofy too.  They are totally my type of people.

Meet Parker and Jenny.  We started in a beautiful orchard.

I am in love with these images.  The light is so beautiful, and I love the moment.
I think this might be one of favorite images from this session.Jenny is little enough for Parker to sweep her up and spin her.  Love it!!
I love when clients are willing to bust a move for me.  And these two rocked it.  Thank you!!  I am all about busting a move anytime.Thank you for such a delightful evening!!

Remember when it was the 1990′s?  I do.

My family had just moved to Tri-Cities.. it was way big city to me.  I got lost here.  It was crazy.  And now back to my post.  Right after I moved here I met Brett.  And then shortly after I met Randy.  Randy and Brett met each other way back when in the MTC at the beginning of their missions.  Then I met Andrea.  All back in the 1990′s.

Fast forward 12 years, Randy and I have two kids.  Brett and Andrea have three.  After all of this time we are still friends.

Meet Brett and Andrea.  We love them.  And I find it completely appropriate that we did their pictures in front of the HANSEN apple boxes.  Cool right?
I love how cute these two are together.  They are so sweet and I just love them!!And their kiddos.  Adorable!!  :)Big family group hug!
Brett is also a Pasco Police Officer.  We had to get a tough picture of their family. Thanks for such a great photo shoot!!  Love you guys!
